When a grading assignment is active some enrollment updates will not occur if they could change the grading policy or if the update could delete an existing grade or add a student late in the grading process.  To see if there are enrollment update being held up...

  1. Run the Sync
    1. Setup, 
    2. Data Synchronization, 
    3. Sync.
  2. Review the Activity Low - 
    1. Report
    2. Application Logs
    3. Export Logs to CSV
  3. In the CSV file you will see warning message related to any course being synced that has enrollment issues.


To get around these constraints, do the following:

  1. Save the current state of course's grading by exporting the grades to a spreadsheet.
  2. Deactivate the course
  3. If you have other schedules in the same term,
    1. Go to those schedules and deactivate the course, saving any associated data.
  4. Run the Sync
    1. Setup, 
    2. Data Synchronization, 
    3. Sync.
  5. Enrollment should now be correct.  If there are student that have NOTSET in the exam id field contact AppointLink Support to import exam ids.
